Technology is an ever-changing tool that evolves daily and is a valuable tool in today’s society and even more so when it comes to business owners. Being a vendor at Uneek Findings has independent and team member responsibility. This page will assist vendors to jump start their Facebook & Instagram accounts with YouTube assistance. We do recommend that these tools be viewed on a desktop as you will be executing these steps on your mobile device. We also recommend that when creating a Facebook and/or Instagram Account, that you create a Business Page in order for any and all personal posts not interfere with your professional development, announcement of sales and of Uneek Findings’ business, its vendors and employees. When tagging Uneek Findings with a post on Social Media, do so with the utmost professionalism.
No posts connecting to political / religious views, offensive, lewd subjects, profanity and/or models under the age of 18 and without consent. Basically all the bad stuff, is a big No-No!
Uneek Findings is not responsible for any of the vendors’ use of social media and the negative and legal outcome of their posts.

Starting a Facebook - Click Here For Help Center
Note: You must be at least 13 years old to create a Facebook account.
To create a Facebook account, it is recommended to do this on a desktop:
Go to www.facebook.com/r.php.
Enter your name, email or mobile phone number, password, date of birth and gender.
Click Create an Account.
To finish creating your account, you need to confirm your email or mobile phone number.

Pages are for businesses, brands, organizations and public figures to share their stories and connect with people. Like profiles, Pages can be customized with stories, events and more. People who like or follow a Page can get updates in News Feed.
To create a Page:
Go to facebook.com/pages/create.
Click to choose a Page type.
Fill out the required information.
Click Continue and follow the on-screen instructions.
Once you’ve completed this process, be sure to DOWNLOAD the Facebook App on your mobile device.
Starting an Instagram Account - Click HERE for the Help Center
Download the Instagram app from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android).
Once the app is installed, tap to open it.
Tap Sign Up With Email or Phone Number (Android) or Create New Account (iPhone), then enter your email address or phone number (which will require a confirmation code) and tap Next. You can also tap Log in with Facebook to sign up with your Facebook account.
If you register with your email or phone number, create a username and password, fill out your profile info and then tap Done. If you register with Facebook, you'll be prompted to log into your Facebook account if you're currently logged out.
To create an Instagram account from a computer:
Go to instagram.com.
Enter your email address, create a username and password or click Log in with Facebook to sign up with your Facebook account.
If you register with an email, click Sign up. If you register with Facebook, you'll be prompted to log into your Facebook account if you're currently logged out.
If you sign up with email, make sure you enter your email address correctly and choose an email address that only you can access. If you log out and forget your password, you'll need to be able to access your email to get back into your Instagram account.

On Instagram, you can convert your account to business account to get access to features to help establish a business presence and achieve business goals.
To switch your profile to a Business Account:
Go to your profile and tap
Tap Settings
Tap Account.
Tap Switch to Business Account.
We recommend that you connect your Business Account to a Facebook Page that is associated with your business. This will make it easier to use all of the features available for businesses. At this time, only one Facebook Page can be connected to your business account.
Add details such as your business or accounts's category and contact information.
Tap Done.
Posting a Photo - Click HERE for YouTube Tutorial
To upload a photo or take a new one, first tap the + symbol at the bottom of the screen:
To upload a photo from your phone's library, tap Library (iOS) or Gallery (Android) at the bottom of the screen and select the photo you'd like to share.
To take a new photo, tap Photo at the bottom of the screen then tap . You can tap to switch between front and rear-facing cameras and to adjust flash.
We do recommend that when uploading photos that they are 1:1 or 4:6 images to avoid your images being cropped automatically. When uploading 4:6 images, your image may appear Zoomed In, simply press the bottom left icon on the image that look like < > going separate directions. This will Zoom Out the image.
How do I add a location before sharing my photo or video?
After you upload or take a photo or video and add any effects or filters you want, you can add your location. To add your location:
Tap Add Location
Find your location in the suggestions or search for the location and select it. In this case, you will search and select: Uneek Findings
Write a caption…
This is where you will write in what you are posting.
For example, if you’re selling a vase.

BEFORE YOU SHARE YOUR PHOTO: Please remember to TURN ON your Facebook Page, under “Also Post To”, so your image can appear both on Instagram and on your Facebook Page!
After the Posting
When the photo has been posted, you will find three symbols on the bottom left of the image. A Heart (To like), A Comment Icon (To Leave a Comment) and a Paper Plane (To Share with Instagram Friends).
Click the Comment Icon.
The hashtags or pound signs below are not required but a guide to help Instagramers who are Antique Buyers, Collecters, Resellers or Influencers of the industry to find you and your products better. You are limited anywhere between 10-20 hashtags total for both your Post Caption and Comment section:
